“Veggie Rangers” was an initiative by the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Crystals in collaboration with the Interact Club of Akshara Academy CBSE School, aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical environmental education and practical agricultural exposure among school students. Through the use of TNAU-selected seeds and guided mentorship, the project nurtured environmental awareness, scientific thinking, and essential life skills. Students actively engaged in organic farming practices, learning vegetable cultivation, soil care, and responsible resource usage. The activity was successfully implemented with student groups maintaining the garden, while the harvested produce is utilized within the campus, reinforcing self-sustainability and leaving a lasting impact on the school community.
