LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2025

“Leadership Summit 2025” was a global initiative organized by the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Crystals in collaboration with several Rotary, Rotaract, and Interact clubs, aimed at inspiring and nurturing leadership among young professionals and Rotaractors. The event featured an insightful session by Rtn. Hans Hermann Kasten, RI Vice President (RY 2024–25), on the theme “Rotaract—The Future of Rotary,” offering valuable perspectives on leadership, teamwork, and service. With the participation of 95 members, the summit also provided a platform for clubs to showcase their flagship projects, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration. The session fostered meaningful engagement through discussions and a Q&A segment, ultimately strengthening connections across the Rotary family and motivating participants to take on impactful leadership roles.
